After an avalanche takes the life of her best friend while ice climbing, professional athlete and renowned mountain guide Sarah Hueniken is shattered. In an attempt to reconnect with her life in the mountains, she takes on a major winter climbing challenge in remote areas of British Columbia. Nevertheless, overcoming trauma in the mountains goes beyond great climbing feats.
