Mankind has landed on the moon and explores space. However, beneath our feet are about a million kilometres of cave systems and only one percent of them have been explored. The film follows experienced potholer and mountaineer Lea Odermatt as she travels beneath the earth's surface, into claustrophobic passages and gigantic caverns and chambers generally hidden from most of humanity.
