Four friends from Chamonix get together every year in the search for crystals, this means passing days and weeks in the mountains, off the beaten path with a bag and binoculars, seeking a crack or an opening to a crystal kiln. Doing so, they make a discovery unlike anything seen on Mont Blanc. The crystal diggers show us yet another way of living from and perceiving the mountains.
