Dreams become visions, and a plan turns a dream into a goal. But to get started, you have to get out of your comfort zone. After long months of inactivity, the Mountain Tribe group has a big goal and they get down to designing a long-term plan. They learn alpine techniques and practice teamwork in the Tyrolean Alps, sometimes leaving aside the thrill of twists and turns in powder snow. Learning something opens up new perspectives, things that seemed impossible suddenly seem within reach. But is that motivation enough?
