Edu Marín climbing one the roofs of ‘Pan Aroma’ (8c/500m) at Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Dolomiti, Italy). His father Francisco Marín 'Novato' and both managed to climb the route in free, in July of 2014.
The next edition of the international mountain, adventure and extreme sports film festival will be held in Bilbao from the 9th to the 18th of December 2016. The deadline to receive the films that will take part in the competition is on the 30th of September.
The IAMF Grand Prix 2016 was awarded to Peter Mortimer, Nick Rosen and Josh Lowell of Sender Films during the 10th Mountain Film Festival in Ljubljana. The award was handed in by the president of the IAMF Joan Salarich and received by Jack Tackle from the USA on behalf of Sender Films.

The jury of Mendi Short 2015, formed by the realization member of ETB, Agate Borda, the redactor of Euskal Telebista and specialized in extreme mountain sports, Anartz Agirre, and the journalist and coordinator of Mendi Short, Naia Díez, has decided that ‘PIZTU’ of Iñaki and Mikel Urresti, is the winning of our amateur short film contest. The jury highlighted the quality of the image, the editing and the script of the movie.The winning film will be screened on December 12, Saturday, at 17:15, in Sala BBK.
